Thu Zar is a Customer Success Specialist, primarily responsible for monitoring and responding to incoming customer service requests via phone or ticketing systems. Additionally, she focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders in financial institutions and maintaining a comprehensive customer relationship management database.

Before joining ThitsaWorks, she has over 5 years of experience in the financial sector with difference positions: a Junior Banking Assistant and a Senior Banking Assistant. Thu Zar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Dagon University and a diploma in Financial Management.
