Singapore, November 8, 2024 – At the Singapore FinTech Festival 2024, ThitsaWorks Pte. Ltd. and Nirvasoft Pte. Ltd. officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic partnership dedicated to delivering innovative digital solutions for organizations in transformative phases. This alliance seeks to harness the unique strengths of both companies to advance digital growth, sustainable development, and financial inclusion.
Through this partnership, ThitsaWorks and Nirvasoft will collaborate on developing transformative solutions that empower businesses to navigate the digital landscape more effectively. The joint efforts will focus on integrating Nirvasoft’s FinTech Innovated Integration suite which run with SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP with ThitsaWorks’ flagship platform, ThitsaX, which is designed to build inclusive financial ecosystems and streamline digital payments.

Business Analysis – Both parties will provide consulting services, guiding organizations in assessing their transformation needs and implementing scalable digital solutions.
